⸻
CONFIRMATION & REMINDERS
As a courtesy, appointment reminders will be sent through our booking system:
• Confirmation 4 days before appointment
• Reminder 3 days before appointment
• Final reminder 1 day before appointment
Please understand that it is ultimately the client’s responsibility to remember the appointment date and time to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, or cancellation fees.
⸻
CANCELLATION / NO-SHOW POLICY
Please cancel or reschedule at least 3 days before your appointment.
Appointments canceled with less than 3 days notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
When appointments are missed without notice, it prevents other clients on the waiting list from booking that time slot.
Clients must arrive no later than 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time.
After 15 minutes, the appointment will be considered a NO-SHOW and the deposit will be forfeited.
⸻
RESCHEDULING POLICY
Appointments may be rescheduled a maximum of 2 times.
To reschedule, please notify us at least 3 days before your appointment.
Rescheduling requests made within 3 days of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book again.
