NIU PROFESSIONAL – APPOINTMENT POLICY 📞 815-276-9230 | 📧 Niuprofessional@gmail.com Appointment confirmations and reminders will be sent through our booking app. Deposit: A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your service total. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please cancel or reschedule at least 3 days in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of deposit. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show. Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled up to 2 times with proper notice. Changes within 3 days require a new deposit. No Guests: Due to limited space and sanitation standards, guests are not permitted during appointments. Previous Work: Clients with previous PMU work must send clear photos before booking to determine if correction is possible.
